The subtle differences you'll notice are:

1) A higher resolution video.
2) Cleaned up audio (reduced static noise).
3) The whites were brightened up to contrast the darks.
4) The vibrancy of skin tones looks more true to life and lively.
5) Split screen anal penetration.
